Performance Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to run paid acquisition for APITube and own the numbers behind it. You will plan and manage campaigns across search, social, and other paid channels, and you will be the person who can say exactly what each channel costs us and what it returns. This is a hands-on role for someone who lives in the data and is not afraid to kill what does not work.

• 3+ years running paid acquisition campaigns, ideally for a SaaS or developer product
• Hands-on with Google Ads and paid social; you have managed real budgets and hit CPA and ROAS targets
• Strong analytics skills: you set up tracking, build dashboards, and trust the numbers over opinions
• You understand attribution and the difference between a vanity metric and a metric that pays the bills
• Comfortable writing ad copy and briefing creative, then testing variants methodically
• You make decisions from data and can explain them clearly to people who are not marketers

• Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across search, social, and other performance channels
• Own the budget: allocate spend, manage bids, and optimize for cost per signup and return on ad spend
• Build and maintain the analytics and reporting that show how each channel and campaign performs
• Run a steady stream of A/B tests on copy, creative, audiences, and landing pages
• Report on acquisition performance and turn the data into the next set of bets
• Work with content and product to keep the message consistent from ad to signup
