Benefits

Matching news, pushed to your endpoint

A news webhook pushes articles to your server the moment they match, instead of you polling for them. With APITube you register a webhook in the dashboard with a query; when a new article matches, APITube POSTs the enriched article — entities, sentiment, categories, and source authority — to your endpoint.

Frequently asked questions

A news webhook is an HTTP callback that delivers articles to your server the moment they match a query, so you do not poll for them. APITube posts the full enriched article to your endpoint as soon as matching coverage is indexed.
Create a webhook in the APITube dashboard: define the query you want to match and the endpoint URL to receive deliveries. From then on, every article that matches is posted to that endpoint automatically.
Each delivery contains the full enriched article: entities with knowledge-graph links, sentiment at overall, title, body, and per-entity level, categories, and a source with bias and Open PageRank authority.
APITube retries a failed delivery, and if a webhook keeps failing it is disabled automatically after three consecutive failures so it does not pile up. You can re-enable it in the dashboard once your endpoint is healthy.
A webhook pushes each matching article to an HTTP endpoint you host, which is ideal for triggering workflows. Streaming keeps a live SSE or WebSocket connection open to your client. Both use the same query filters and enriched schema.
Deliveries are sent to the endpoint you register, and APITube guards delivery against SSRF so webhooks cannot be pointed at internal addresses. Host your endpoint over HTTPS to keep payloads encrypted in transit.
Yes. Each webhook delivery counts toward your usage, so you pay for the articles that are actually pushed to you. You control volume through how narrow or broad your matching query is.
