The free plan includes 200 credits per day, resetting at 00:00 UTC. It provides access to 50K sources, JSON export, 65+ search filters, and NLP enrichment (sentiment, entities, categories). Some features are limited: 10 results per request, 12-hour data delay, 1 month of historical data, and no full article content or images. Perfect for testing, prototyping, and small projects.

### How does Pay-as-You-Go pricing work?

Pay-as-You-Go lets you top up your account balance and pay $0.01 per API request. No monthly commitment, no expiration. Ideal for variable usage or projects that do not fit monthly plans. Minimum top-up is $1 (100 credits). Your balance persists until used.

### Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?

Yes, change your plan anytime from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle. When upgrading, unused credits from your old plan carry over and are added to your new allowance.

### Do unused credits roll over to the next month?

Yes, unused credits roll over to the following month on paid plans. This means you never lose credits you have paid for. Credits accumulate until used, giving you flexibility for months with higher usage.

### What happens if I exceed my monthly credit limit?

When you exhaust your monthly credits, API requests will return an error until your next billing cycle or until you upgrade. We send email alerts at 80% and 100% usage. You can also enable auto-upgrade or switch to Pay-as-You-Go for overflow usage.

### Are there any hidden fees or feature restrictions?

No hidden fees. All paid plans include sentiment analysis, entity extraction, all 65+ filters, full historical data, all export formats (JSON, JSONL, XML, CSV, RSS, XLSX, Parquet), MCP Server, and webhooks. The free plan has some feature limits — see the comparison table above. The difference between paid plans is the credit allowance, rate limits, sources access, and support level. Enterprise plans add dedicated support, phone access, and custom SLAs.

### How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancel anytime from your account settings — no phone calls or emails required. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Any remaining credits stay in your account and can be used with Pay-as-You-Go or if you resubscribe later.
